I went to the staveley show yesterday & got handed in a dog, she is just 3yrs and had litter about a 7wks ago.she is 3 1/4 greyhound 1/4 whippet, not that that matters.

Anyway her pee stinks, it is that bad, when she weed in the van on the way home we had to throw the bedding out, we could'nt stand the smell.

I have never had a bitch's wee stinks this bad, it is puke inducing. Of course she will be going to the vets but was wondering if any of you guy's had any experiance with this?.

Most likely a kidney infection.

Is the piss a dark orangy/yellow colour???

Boil up some barley and give the barley water over the food this will help dry her up, you could also grate some raw potatoe over her food to help flush out her kidneys but by the sounds of it she will need a course of synulox to help clear it.
